We have very exciting news to share with you – we are rebranding!
Back in 2004 when we started this business, we operated from a cosy 2-desk office at a family run business centre on Gloucester Road. At HK$2k a month, the rent covered central air-con, 2 phone lines and an amazing seaview. Fast forward to 2020, no longer office-bound, we now work from anywhere we want. Laptop, mobile phone and headset are the 三寶 (three treasures) necessary to run the business.
Reflecting on how the business has evolved, the most significant change has to be how collaboration becomes a norm at Tree. For instance, we started out engaging independent trainers as “service suppliers” for client deliveries. Now we collaborate to fill each other’s gaps, creating new capabilities and businesses for one another. To us, “win-win” is more than a catchphrase: it is an outcome we always seek to achieve.
The collaborative approach extends to how we engage with customers too. We are more in tuned with the customers’ business and needs when we open ourselves to collaborate on the design and implementation phases. The customers increase implementation success when they bring us in on top team events. Again the outcome is win-win.
